Most colleges have a mailroom that receives student packages. The mailroom will receive the package on the date that is indicated on your order. However, the student typically receives notice the next day that they have a package at the mailroom. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

If at anytime you are not pleased, let us know within 10 business days and we will either exchange your Click Bag or product or issue a full refund upon the return of the Click Bag or product.
Please return the package or product in its original packaging, if possible, and with the packing slip. Please call us before you return the package at (877) 625-8389.
For your safety, please return your gift with an insured courier (Fed EX, UPS, and USPS Parcel). Keep your receipt. Click I Need it Now is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a package or product because it is damaged, Click I Need it Now will provide a prepaid return label.
We cannot accept for return opened TV series, movies, cosmetics or food.
Click I Need it now reserves the right to replace items in our Click Bags based upon season and stock. We will replace them with comparable or similar items while making every effort to maintain the integrity of our product line.
